This contemporary 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 10 guests and features approximately 1,600 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space.

Step outside to your own private backyard oasis featuring a pool, oversized spa, BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area overlooking beautiful golf course and mountain views. As the temperatures cool in the evening, gather around the fire pit, enjoy dinner outdoors, or unwind under the desert stars.

Inside, you'll find a clean, comfortable, and fully equipped home designed for families, groups, business travelers, and extended stays.

Parking

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles on the property:

• 2 vehicles in the garage
• 2 vehicles in the driveway

Street parking is permitted during the day; however, overnight street parking is prohibited. Vehicles parked on the street overnight may be cited and/or towed.

Pool & Spa

Spa heat is complimentary.

Optional pool heating is available for $75 per night and heats the pool to approximately 84°F between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Pool heating must be requested and paid for in advance.

Pool Service

The pool is professionally serviced twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Service technicians may enter the backyard during scheduled maintenance.

Landscaping

Landscaping service is performed on Thursdays.

Pets

Pets are welcome with prior approval.

A $50 pet fee per pet, per reservation applies. Additional charges may apply for extended stays.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the reservation schedule and housekeeping requirements.

Please contact us in advance if you'd like to extend your arrival or departure time. Additional fees may apply.

Occupancy & Additional Guests

The Ocotillo accommodates a maximum of 10 overnight guests.

The standard nightly rate includes up to 8 guests.

Guests 9 and 10 are subject to an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night.

Child & Pool Safety

The safety of our guests is extremely important.

The patio door leading to the backyard includes child-safety locks at both the top and bottom of the door.

A pool-door alarm is also installed to alert guests when the door providing access to the pool area is opened.

These features provide an additional layer of protection; however, children must be supervised at all times around the pool and spa.

The Ocotillo is located within the gated Indian Palms Country Club community.

Guests must provide their vehicle license plate information prior to arrival so vehicles can be registered with community security.

Once registered, guests may enter through community gates located on:

• Avenue 48
• Jackson Street
• Monroe Street

After arriving at the property, guests will also receive a community gate transponder that may be used for convenient access through community entry and exit gates throughout the stay.

A $100 replacement fee will be charged for any lost or misplaced transponder.

Detailed arrival instructions and your personalized smart-lock code will be provided prior to check-in.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
