On the Golf Course
The property is located on a 27-hole golf course, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Occasionally, a stray golf ball may land on the property. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by golf course activity.

Noise Ordinance
The City of Indio enforces a strict noise ordinance:
* Sunday–Thursday: Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
* Friday–Saturday: Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Please be respectful of neighbors, some of whom are full-time residents. Excessive daytime noise should also be avoided. Violation may result in a warning and forfeiture of your security deposit.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
